Solar Grid Tie System
Grid – tied, on – grid, utility – interactive, grid -intertie & grid back feeding are all terms used to describe the same concept – a solar system that’s connected to the utility power grid. A grid connection will allow you to save more money with solar panels through better efficiency rates, net metering, plus lower equipment & installation costs. Electricity has to be spent in real time. You are always connected to the grid, so you can have as much power as you need, any time you need it, regardless of whether the solar system is able to put out any power.
Electrical Power Distribution Panels
An electrical distribution board is a crucial part of an electrical installation for commercial and industrial buildings. Its purpose is to distribute the power supply evenly throughout the building by way of different circuits. The incoming power has to be controlled in this manner to prevent any overloads from occurring.
MCC Panel: MCC panel is a device used to control & actualize the performance of an electric motor
PCC Panel: PCC panels are the most essential part of the electrical system of an industry from where the power of the industries is controlled. PCC panels are manufactured in a perfectly compartmentalized structure.
APFC Panels: The APFC relay uses an intelligent switching algorithm to reduce the number of capacitor bank switching operations required to attain the required KVAR.
Solar Water Pumping
A solar – powered water pump is a pump running on electricity generated by photovoltaic panels. Solar pumps are useful here grid electricity is unavailable & alternative sources do not provide sufficient energy. A solar water pump has a mini power house at its heart & consists of a calibrated & matching solar array of modules – tuned with the equivalent power of the pump for that particular application. The solar water pumping system is capable of running all types electrical water pumps with application varying from irrigation to household demands. Irrigation pumps such as submersible, surface or deep well can also be coupled with drip irrigation to enhance the returns from this configuration.
Solar Off Grid System
Off – the – grid is a system designed to function without the support of remote infrastructure, such as an electrical grid. You become completely independent from external energy supplies. Simply sun shines on solar PV panels on your roof or mounted near your house. These panels generate electricity which is used to power your home & charge your batteries. The batteries allow you to store electricity for use at night or times of low production like cloudy days.
Air Source Heat Pumps
Heat Pump saves energy and protects the environment by using less electricity. It produces hot water that can be used at industrial, residential, educational institutions, hostels, restaurants, hospitals, resorts, etc. It is a green environmental protection product that is widely used in industrialized countries.
Heat Pump is superior to the gas, electric and solar water heaters as it makes full use of the free energy by absorbing heat in the air and solar energy. The heat pump will not be affected by the weather, as long as the ambient temperature is higher than 5 degree Celsius. It is unique as approximately 75% of total heat energy generated is absorbed from the surrounding ambient air and 25 % from electricity.
Solar Water Heaters
Solar water heating (SWH) is the conversion of sunlight into heat for water heating using a solar thermal collector. A variety of configurations is available at varying cost to provide solutions in different climates and latitudes. SWHs are widely used for residential and some industrial applications.
A sun-facing collector heats a working fluid that passes into a storage system for later use. SWH are active (pumped) and passive (convection-driven). They use water only, or both water and a working fluid. They are heated directly or via light-concentrating mirrors. They operate independently or as hybrids with electric or gas heaters. In large-scale installations, mirrors may concentrate sunlight into a smaller collector.
